Production together with the design takes 2-5 working days, In periods with a large number of orders, this term can increase with a few days
After everything is ready, we pack it carefully and send the parcel by Regular Shipping or Fast Shipping depending on the option chosen by you. The delivery time depends on your location and you can see it when you check out your order.
Our store accepts order cancellations if production has not yet started - a full refund will be made. The buyer must request the cancellation in writing as soon as possible.
If production has started, the refund will be partial, for unaffected materials and the cost of delivery
