• Before we start the production, we need all the information from you, wording, colors, fonts, other important details. You can enter the general details in the personalization box in the listing. The wording please send via chat message after placing the order.

• Follow the messages on the website to be in touch with us. Elaboration of the design follows. It may take a few days after placing the order. (Orders are processed in the order in which they were placed.)

• Production together with the design takes 2-5 working days, In periods with a large number of orders, this term can increase with a few days

• After everything is ready, we pack it carefully and send the parcel by Regular Shipping or Fast Shipping depending on the option chosen by you. The delivery time depends on your location and you can see it when you check out your order.

Our store accepts order cancellations if production has not yet started - a full refund will be made. The buyer must request the cancellation in writing as soon as possible.

If production has started, the refund will be partial, for unaffected materials and the cost of delivery

  Our products are a Hand Made, individually designed for each costumer. You can request the change for the colors, wording or fonts to fit your occasion. The text can be in any language.

You can choose any design from those that are displayed in our store. Draw attention to the last photo in the listing where variations can be presented.

If none of these designs suits you we can make a special design for you according to your requirements - It may generate additional costs.
